#37. Helping Men Maximise Their Lives - Lachlan Stuart
Lachlan Stuart is the Founder of The Man That Can Project, a movement that was created to help inspire and support men to maximise their life.
Throughout Lachlan's life so far, as he talks about in the episode, he made plenty of mistakes and over time led him to ask and discover who he really is. Something he continues to work on to unlock his true self.
He also has a keen interest in keeping fit, pushing himself physically which was something he enjoyed and did as a multifaceted athlete growing up. He loves the discipline it brings and the benefits not just physically, but holistically to his life.
In this episode, Lachlan shares so much. He touches on his story, reflects on moments in his life and passionately shares so many insights he's learnt in his life and working with hundreds of men to help them unlock their best self and most authentic life.
